PART THREE OF THE WATER PROJECT IN NUEVO MUNDO CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER OF 2015. 10 METER WELL WAS DUG AND EXTENDED TO 14 METERS AND UPPER WELL SURROUND STARTED TO .5 M IN HEIGHT, THE FARMING OPERATION WAS STATED BY INSTALLATION OF A LIVE WALL AROUND THE FARMING ARAES, THE AREA WAS CLEARED AND MADE READY TO RECEIVED THE PLANTING BEDS. AND THE PLANTING BEDS WERE PREPAIRED. 4 1 CUBIC METER WATER STORAGE TANKS WERE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED. SYSTEM PROVIDES WATER TO THE CISTERN AS WELL AS IRRIGATION WATER FOR THE FARMING COMMUNITY OF NUEVO NUNDO, CORCOVADO, PILON, GRANMA, CUBA. THE AREA IS MOSTLY DRY WITH ONLY A SHORT RAINY SEASON. THE IDEA IS TO PROVIDE WATER TO IRRIGATE CROPS ALL YEAR LONG. THESE NUEVO MUNDO FIELDS WILL SUPPLY FOOD TO THE NUEVO MUNDO AND CORCOVADO COMMUNITIES WHICH SERVICE ABOUT 800 PEOPLE.
