A Major Program During The Year Was The Hodos Youth Academy, Which Trains Mentors and Youth Leaders Within Ukrainian Churches and Christian Organizations to Support Young People Affected By War and Social Disruption. Through Online Training, Workshops, Seminars, and Mentoring, The Program Equips Leaders to Help Youth Develop Resilience, Character, and Leadership Skills. During 2025, The Program Worked Toward Training Approximately 200 Youth Leaders, Providing Consulting Support to 35 Churches and Christian Organizations, and Indirectly Influencing Approximately 3,500 Teenagers Through Trained Mentors and Youth Leaders. Hodos Institute Also Continued Its Research and Educational Initiatives On Leadership In Times of Crisis, Including Contributing to The Publication and Dissemination of Research On Leadership In Ukraine During Wartime.
