Participants Are Guided Through A Wellness Self-assessment Which is Followed By Workshops That Provide Participants With Information and Skills to Enhance Their Individual Level of Wellness. 40 Participants In The Mentoring Program Match Young Women With Professionals to Provide Practical and Important Skills to Achieve Their Occupational and Career Goals. 12 Participants
