THE FOUNDATION REALIZES THAT DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY HAS ADVANCED and CHANGE is INEVITABLE. IT ALSO RECOGNIZES THAT SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH and EDUCATION FUELED BY EMERGING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY and CREATIVE FILMMAKING CAN LEAD to NEW IDEAS and ADVANCES.
