CONDUCT PUBLIC CAMPAIGNS or PRIVATE SOLICITATION for CASH CONTRIBUTIONS and for THE ACQUISITION of ART BY GIFT or DEVISE. 5. OPERATE and MAINTAIN THE CORPORATION AS A PUBLIC CHARITABLE INSTITUTION, ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY NOT FOR-PROFIT and EXCLUSIVELY for CHARITABLE and ART RELATED EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
