PROVIDE SEXUAL and REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION to WOMEN, MEN, and YOUNG PEOPLE. MAKE CONTRACEPTIVES AVAILABLE; and INCREASE to TREATMENT for COMPLICATIONS FROM UNSAFE ABORTION.
