IN 2018 THE FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO RAISE OVER $6,000 FOR THE TONY CULLEN SCHOLARSHIP FUND AND THE DUKE CANCER INSTITUTE. OVER 45 VOLUNTEERS HELPED OUR STAFF HELD THIS EVENT ON THE DUKE CAMPUS. WE ALSO RECEIVED THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATION OF SEVERAL DUKE LACROSSE ALUMNI WHO PROVIDED ASSISTANCE IN MAKING THE ALL STAR GAME A SUCCESS. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 95 MEN AND WOMEN PARTICIPANTS WHO PLAYED IN THE EVENT OVER A FOUR HOUR PERIOD. THERE WERE ALSO TWELVE OFFICIALS AND COACHES PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT WHICH RAISED MONEY FOR SPECIAL CAUSES. THIS IS THE FIRST ALL STAR GAME IN THE STATE TO FEATURE BOTH MEN AND WOMEN PLAYING LACROSSE, THE MAJORITY OF WHOM WENT ON TO PLAY COLLEGIATE LACROSSE IN THE FALL OF 2018. THE FOUNDATION ALSO ALLOWED NEARLY 25 YOUNG PLAYERS TO PARTICIPATE IN LACROSSE NEAL MIDDLE SCHOOL IN DURHAM. THE NEAL PROGRAM RECEIVES FINANCIAL SUPPORT BY HELPING TO OFFSET COST ASSOCIATED WITH OFFICIALS, CAMPS, AND PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION IS ALSO PROVIDING COMMUNITY
