Services Included Twice-monthly Community Outings, Weekly Social and Cognitive Enrichment Activities, Virtual Gatherings, Peer Support Opportunities, and Family-inclusive Events Designed to Reduce Isolation and Increase Community Participation. Programs Included Bowling, Cooking Classes, Art Activities, Dining Experiences, Entertainment Events, Game Days, and Other Community-based Activities That Promoted Socialization, Independence, Confidence, and Quality of Life. Approximately 50 Adults With Disabilities Participated In Programs Throughout The Year. In Addition, Family Members and Caregivers Benefited From Support, Resources, Education, and Opportunities to Connect With Others Facing Similar Challenges Impacting Over 100 People.
