What they do

The Purpose of The OCG is to Foster A Unified Sense of Esprit De Corps Among Chief Master Sergeants (Chiefs) and Sister Service Equivalents Assigned to OAFB, Promote Enlisted Professionalism, and Sponsor Morale-improving Activities In Support of All Assigned Units. Being Mindful of Our Responsibilities As Senior Enlisted Leaders, The Group Seeks to Improve Base Morale and Promote The General Welfare of All The Enlisted People We Serve By Example. We Aim to Strengthen Our Military and Civilian Communities By Unifying Our Efforts Toward A Common Goal. It is With This Purpose In Mind That We Establish The OCG.
