THE FOUNDATIONS VISION is to GENERATE PRIVATE-SECTOR SUPPORT to SUPPLEMENT TAX-BASED FUNDING, WITH THE RESULT of EXPANDED PROGRAMS, ENHANCED SERVICES, and A BROADENED AWARENESS of SDCS MISSION IN THE COMMUNITY, EMPOWERING MILWAUKEE COUNTY RESIDENTS WITH THE RESOURCES to MOVE BEYOND POVERTY.
