THE MISSION of THE ROCK CREEK PTO is to PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT for THE STUDENTS BY FACILITATING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PARENTS and TEACHERS/STAFF. BY FUNDRAISING, WE ARE ABLE to PROVIDE FUN FAMILY ACTIVITIES and EDUCATION EXPERIENCES DESIGNED to ENHANCE OUR CHILDRENS CAREER AS A STUDENT and PROVIDE THEM WITH A STRONG SENSE of SELF, THE COMMUNITY, of VOLUNTEERISM, and CHARACTER COUNTS.
