PRICE SCHOOLS IN TAYLOR, TEXAS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: to COLLECT, PRESERVE and EXHIBIT DOCUMENTS and MATERIAL OBJECTS RELATING to THE HISTORY of THE CITY of TAYLOR and THE LOCAL AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURE IN ART and HISTORY, EDUCATING THROUGH MODERN TECHNOLOGY; to PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS RELATED to THE LOCAL COMMUNITY and AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURE IN ART and HISTORY; to OFFICER INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES and to PROVIDE A FACILITY and GROUNDS THAT SHOWCASES "GREEN" ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES, HEALTH and WELLNESS PROGRAMS, EDUCATION SEMINARS and WORKSHOPS, VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES, SUPPORT GROUPS, SPECIAL EVENTS, MEETING SPACE/PRIVATE RENTAL SPACE and INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY SERVICES; to OVERSEE THE PRESERVATION of THE HOME of DR.
