FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS REPRESENT ART, CULTURE AND CULINARY ENTITIES FROM ALL CORNERS OF THE STATE. THE EVENT GENERATES A COOPERATIVE SPIRIT IN THE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION STAGES, AS WELL AS ECONOMIC ACTIVITY FOR THE GREATER EUNICE AREA. FESTIVAL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY AT EUNICE FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
