Juneau Makerspace Provides Space, Tools, and Equipment to The Community of Juneau to Promote Creativity, Education, Exploration, and Innovation. Our Three Main Functions Are Providing Tools and Equipment to Our Members, Serving As A Rental Facility for Community Events, and Bringing The Spirit of Making Into The Community Through Booth Events. Over The Past Year, We Have Upgraded Our Facility and Acquired New Tools for Our Members. We Have A Woodshop, Ceramics Studio, Craft Room, Electronics Lab, and Other Areas for Making. Weve Upgraded to New Woodshop Equipment, Including Purchasing A New CNC Router, and Have Had Other Equipment Donated, Such As A Glass Kiln. We Renovated Our Craft Room to Allow for Better Access and More Projects. By Providing This Equipment, We Serve A Wide Variety of Artists, Hobbiests, and Even Small Businesses. Next, As A Rental Facility, We Have Hosted A Variety of Classes, Workshops, Parties, Meetings, and Other Community Events. Other Local Groups, Such As Sc
