EIN 47-3397910 · Fund Raising & Fund Distribution - Youth Development (O12)

What they do

WE HONOR ROBBY PAINES MEMORY BY SUPPORTING THE THREE ORGANIZATIONS THAT GREW and FOSTERED HIS HOSPITABLE NATURE: THE WILLOW GLEN FOUNDATION(1), YOUNG LIFES WOODLEAF CAMP(2), and CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY CHICOS DEPARTMENT of HOSPITALITY(3). ONE of OUR GOALS is to BUILD AN ENDOWMENT FUND and AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS to THE FUTURE STUDENTS of THE HOSPITALITY DEPARTMENT WHO STRIVE to BLESS OTHERS WITH THEIR WELCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE to ADD to THE SUPPORT of WOODLEAF, THE CAMP THAT CULTIVATED THE FOUNDATION of ROBBYS PASSION for SERVING OTHERS. LASTLY, ROBBY MADE FRIENDSHIPS and MEMORIES to LAST A LIFETIME IN HIS HOMETOWN of SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA IN THE WILLOW GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD. to CONTINUE HIS LEGACY WHERE IT ALL STARTED, WE ARE PROUD to SUPPORT THE WILLOW GLEN FOUNDATION. THE SAN JOSE DERBY EVENT WAS PUT ON to ACCOMPLISH BOTH ITS FUNDRAISING GOALS and IN CAPTURING THE DELIGHT ROBBY HAD IN SERVING and HONORING OTHERS.

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple

$4.81spent for every $100 of revenueRevenue covered expenses this year.
$22.40in assets for every $1 spent this yearSome assets cannot be spent right away.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
