THE PURPOSE of for is to COMBAT THE EFFECTS of HEROIN and OTHER ADDICTIONS BY PROVIDING AID and OTHER OPPORTUNITIES to THOSE PROVIDING and RECEIVING TREATMENT, IN PART, BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL and SERVICE-WORK PROGRAMS and OPPORTUNITIES to PATIENTS IN TREATMENT CLINICS, TRAINING and SUPPLYING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS for THEIR TREATMENT and CARE, AS WELL AS OTHER EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL and ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES and AID to PATIENTS and ENTITIES SERVING THEM. for ALSO INFORMS THE PUBLIC ON THE ISSUES and EFFECTS of ADDICTION and PROVIDE SUPPORT for ENTITIES PURSUING COMPLEMENTARY GOALS.
