THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO REGULATORY ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE NEW YORK DEPARTMENT of HOUSING PRESERVATION and DEVELOPMENT WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE HOUSING REMAIN AFFORDABLE to LOW INCOME RESIDENTS.
