What they do
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE of THIS EXEMPT ORGANIZATION is to PROVIDE A SAFE, STABLE and SUCCESSFUL RE-ENTRY ENVIRONMENT/OPPORTUNITIES for MEN RETURNING to THEIR FAMILIES and THE COMMUNITY FROM INCARCERATION. THE MEN ARE PROVIDED COUNSELING, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES and CERTIFIED HANDS-ON SKILL TRAINING, AT THIS POINT IN AUTO MECHANIC TRAINING. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES UP to 90 DAYS IN A 10 BED TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM. IF NEEDED, THEY CAN TRANSITION UP to 9 MONTHS INTO A 10 BED FAITH BASED PROGRAM . BOTH FACILITIES PROVIDE COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL EDUCATION SERVICES THAT CONTINUE AFTER THEY LEAVE THE FACILITY. THE ORGANIZTION HAS DEVELOPED A PROGRAM TITLED, "BETTER DECISIONS BETTER CHOICES, WHICH HELPS THE MEN FROM THE MOMENT THEY LEAVE PRISON UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY INTEGRATED INTO FAMILY and COMMUNITY and THEREAFTER. THEY ALSO HELP PLACE THE MEN INTO JOBS AFTER TRAINING and RECOVERY.
