Pole Program: Program is Available for All Levels of Fitness Ages 18+. Members Will Gain Confidence, Increase Strength, Flexibility and An Overall Sense of Empowerment. Our Pole Program Encourages Men and Women of All Shapes and Sizes to Express Themselves Through Dance and Movement. Our Pole Program Has Helped Our Members Increase Their Body Confidence, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination and Balance. We Hold A Couple of Recitals Throughout The Year to Encourage All Our Members to Showcase All Their Hard Work They Have Put In Throughout The Year. We Have Members That Have Gone to Compete In The Pole Sport, Nationwide. Due to Members Facing Financial Difficulties, We Currently Have 24 Members.
