What they do
Education: Together With The In-kind Sponsors of Our USDA FMPP Grant, We Made Three Educational Opportunities Available to Our Membership: Two Pasteurization Workshops and An Advanced Cheese Making Short Course (held and Funded By Washington State University In April), A Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Certification Course. We Worked With The Organizers to Schedule and Promote These Courses, As Well As to Educate Our Members About The Courses and How to Sign Up for Them. While We Did Not Pay for The Educational Events to Be Put On, We Did Expend Labor Hours to Promote Them to Our Membership and Get Folks Signed Up.
