What they do
CCYG PROVIDED A SUMMER SHOTGUN SHOOTING PROGRAM to BISMARCK/MANDAN AREA YOUTH. THE PROGRAM RAN FROM JUNE 4TH THROUGH AUGUST 20TH ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS. THE INSTRUCTION for THE PROGRAM is PROVIDED BY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS THAT VOLUNTEER WITH CCYG. THE PROGRAM WAS ABLE to PROVIDE THE PROGRAM to 30 to 35 YOUTH EACH SESSION, WITH 2 SESSIONS PROVIDED. PROVIDING 2 SESSIONS WAS A NEW ASPECT to THE SUMMER PROGRAM, WHICH ALLOWED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT of STUDENTS to GO THROUGH THE PROGRAM AS PREVIOUS YEARS. THERE is USUALLY ALWAYS A WAITLIST of OTHER STUDENTS THAT WOULD LIKE to PARTICIPATE, BUT THE PROGRAM is LIMITED DUE to THE NUMBER of CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS NEEDED to PROVIDE THE PROGRAM. THE BOARD CONTINUES to LOOK for WAYS to FIND ADDITIONAL CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS to EXPAND THE REACH of THE PROGRAM to ADDITIONAL STUDENTS. THE PROGRAM BREAKS THE PARTICIPANTS/STUDENTS UP BY SKILL LEVEL to ENSURE THAT STUDENTS ARE WITH OTHERS WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE to THEM and HELP THE INSTRUCTORS KNOW THE SKILL LEV

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
