AFTER CLARITAS PASSING IN FEBRUARY of 2014, TAMMY and HER NIECE, KIM SWIFT, SET OUT to FIND WAYS to ASSIST OTHER FAMILIES GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING AS THEY HAD. IN 2015, TAMMYS SON, COLTON, JOINED THEM IN CREATING WHAT is NOW THE MEMORY KEEPERS FOUNDATION.
