OUR APPROACH is to CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUUM of HOUSING SERVICES and RESOURCES THAT ATTENDS to THE UNIQUE NEEDS of EVERYU SITUATION, FROM CHRONICALLY HOMELESS SENIORS to FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. WE ARE ACTIVELY DEVELOPING TRANSITIONAL and PERMANENT HOUSING PROJECTS WHILE PREPARING to RAPIDLY SCALE OUR SERVICES to MEET THE GROWING NEEDS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
