THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE for ALL FEES/EXPENSES to INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED to LIGHTS, WATER, MAINTENANCE, FIELD EQUIPMENT, PLAYER EQUIPMENT, and OTHER EXPENSES. THEREFORE THE COUNTY RECREATION DEPARTMENT TAKES ALL REGISTRATION FEES to HELP OFFSET THE COST of THESE NEEDS. THE LITTLE LEAGUE BOARD IN TURN TAKES ALL SPONSORSHIP or FUNDRAISING MONEY and HELPS WITH THE COST of THE PROGRAMS WHERE NEEDED. THIS YEAR WE RAISED FUNDS to ASSIST THE COUNTY WITH THE REMODELING of THE FACILITY to INCLUDE NEWBACKSTOPS, CROWS NESTS, BATHROOM FACILITIES, and HANDICAP PARKING. WE ALSO INSTALLED A LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEM ON THE PROPERTY. WE CONTRIBUTED to UNIFORMS BY REQUEST of MULTIPLE SPONSORS and HELPED WITH TRAVEL COSTS for OUR ALL-STAR TEAMS. BOARD MEMBERS ALSO VOLUNTEERED HUNDREDS of HOURS LABOR to HELP IN THE RENOVATIONS and START-UP PROJECTS to MAKE
