A Combat Veterans Hope ACVH Works to Empower All Combat-era Veterans Through Engagement With Each Other and Their Local Community. ACVH is A Local Organization That Ensures A Successful Transition From Soldier to Civilian Life. What We Noticed Was That While There Are Larger National Organizations That Are Geared Toward Helping Veterans In Their Way It Was Clear That Our Central Valley Combat Veterans Were Not Getting The Same Consistent Connections and Support As Their Bigger Cities Brothers and Sisters. We Use This Knowledge to Provide More Targeted Engagement Opportunities to Our Warfighters.
