THE ORGANIZATION ALSO WORKS WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT and THE COMMUNITY to DEVELOP and IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES and PROGRAMS to MANAGE TRANSPORTATION RESOURCES THAT WILL ENHANCE THE ECONOMIC VITALITY and ATTRACTIVENESS of THE RANCHO MISSION VIEJO COMMUNITY and SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY.
