COOPERATE WITH OTHER EDUCATION and LAY ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ADVANCEMENT of EFFECTIVE PUBLIC EDUCATION. PROMOTE and MAINTAIN HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS for SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS.
