THE PROGRAM GREATLY REDUCES THE RISK THAT PARTICIPANTS WILL RESUME CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, INCREASES SAFETY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, and ADVANCES SUCCESSFUL REINTEGRATION WITH FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
