CLARKSTOWN BASEBALL ASSOCIATION (NEW CITY BABE RUTH LEAGUE) is A COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION, WHICH PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONAL CLINICS and BASEBALL PROGRAMS for THE YOUTH of THE TOWN of CLARKSTOWN. OUR NON-PROFIT and VOLUNTEER STAFFED PROGRAM PROVIDES AN ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH BOYS and GIRLS AGES 6 to 13 CAN PARTICIPATE IN AN ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE WHICH FOSTERS THE DEVELOPMENT of POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS TEAM COMPETITION WHILE BUILDING PERSONAL SELF-CONFIDENCE.THIS PROGRAM is THE ONLY PROGRAM OPEN to ALL of CLARKSTOWN and THE GENERAL AREA SURROUNDING THE TOWN. IT is NOT CONFINED to TOWNSHIPS or MUNICIPALITIES. WE CURRENTLY OFFER BETWEEN 8-10 TEAMS for OUR JUNIORS PROGRAMS (13 YEARS and YOUNGER). ON AVERAGE WE WILL HAVE 110-125 KIDS PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAMS EACH YEAR. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES COMPETITION AGAINST OTHER TEAMS FROM THROUGHOUT THE NORTHEAST US.
