Community Enhancement Projects - Since 1990, Members Have Made Financial Contributions, Donated Construction Materials, and Given Hours of Their Time and Labor to Make NAIOPs Community Enhancement Projects Successful. Past Projects Have Included Ryther Child Center, Where We Provided Painting, Fence Building, New Playground, and Shed Construction for Troubled Kids and Teens Trying to Rebuild Their Lives; Des Moines State Beach Park Included Construction of Salmon Observation Platforms and A Local Waterway; and The Construction of Fences At An Area Park, and The Restoration of The Senior Center; and Seattle Childrens Home Which Included Renovation of The Gymnasium and Teen Center for Troubled Youths.
