IRRIGATION E3 PROGRAM: THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES AWARDS and GRANTS for STUDENTS and EDUCATORS to ATTEND THE ANNUAL IRRIGATION SHOW WHERE THEY GAIN EXPOSURE, EXPERIENCE, and EDUCATION IN THE IRRIGATION INDUSTRY. THE E3 PROGRAM PROVIDES STUDENTS and EDUCATORS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY to TAKE EDUCATION CLASSES, NETWORK WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS, PARTICIPATE IN INDUSTRY SESSIONS, and WALK THE TRADE SHOW FLOOR. STUDENTS and INSTRUCTORS APPLY ONLINE. STUDENT APPLICATIONS REQUIRE A RESUME, LIST of IRRIGATION RELATED COURSES, LETTER of INTENT, and ONE REFERENCE LETTER. EDUCATOR APPLICATIONS REQUIRE SUBMISSION of A TRAVEL GRANT REQUEST, A DESCRIPTION of HOW THEY WILL BENEFIT FROM ATTENDING, and A LETTER of SUPPORT FROM THEIR DEPARTMENT HEAD. BECAUSE of THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE IN-PERSON IRRIGATION TRADE SHOW WAS CANCELLED. THE E3 PROGRAM FUNDED STUDENTS to ATTEND VIRTUAL CLASSES THAT WERE HELD INSTEAD.
