THE INSTITUTE ALSO CONDUCTS IMPORTANT RESEARCH PROJECTS CONSISTENT WITH ITS MISSION, DEVELOPS RESOURCES SUCH AS A HOUSE FLOOR PROCEDURES MANUAL, and HAS SPONSORED OXFORD-STYLE BIPARTISAN CONGRESSIONAL DEBATES.
