AREA; 3) PROMOTE THE HEALTH of RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY SERVED BY THE CORPORATION BY PROVIDING INSTRUCTION, COMPETITION, and FACILITIES THAT ENABLE MEMBERS of THE COMMUNITY to PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT of TENNIS and OTHERWISE ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL FITNESS ACTIVITIES; and 4) ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC and EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, WITHIN THE MEANING of SECTION 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE of 1986, AS AMENDED or CORRESPONDING SECTION of ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE (THE "CODE"), and REGULATIONS THEREUNDER.
