THE STAFF WILL PROVIDE CORE, INTENSIVE, and TRAINING SERVICES to THE RESIDENTS of THESE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT AREAS, to ASSIST THEM IN OBTAINING THE WORKPLACE SKILLS NECESSARY to OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT and BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT, PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS and to PROVIDE THE LOCAL and REGIONAL EMPLOYERS WITH A BETTER EDUCATED and JOB READY WORKFORCE.
