What they do
WE, THE NATIONAL POSTAL MAIL HANDLERS UNION, ESTABLISHED THIS CONSTITUTION IN ORDER to FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION. WE BELIEVE THAT ALL WORKING PEOPLE and ALL HUMAN BEINGS HAVE A RIGHT to A SAFE and DECENT LIVING AT A REASONABLE WAGE and THAT ALL MEMBERS of SOCIETY ARE ENTITLED to EQUAL and FAIR JUSTICE. WE BELIEVE THAT ALL PEOPLE, REGARDLESS of RACE, COLOR, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PHYSICAL or MENTAL HANDICAP, or CREED ARE ENTITLED to EQUAL OPPORTUNITY and TREATMENT. WE FURTHER BELIEVE THAT ALL MEMBERS of SOCIETY SHOULD CHALLENGE SUCH PERNICIOUS EVILS AS RACISM, SEXISM, and CAPITALS DOMINATION of LABOR. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT IT is IMPORTANT for THE WORKING CLASS to EVER REALIZE THAT "IN UNITY THERE is STRENGTH and THAT "AN INJURY to ONE is AN INJURY to ALL".THE LOCAL UNION SERVED AS A UNIFIED VOICE for APPROXIMATELY 3,000 REGULAR MEMBERS to MAINTAIN, SECURE, and ADVANCE SAFER WORKING CONDITIONS, IMPROVED LABOR PRACTICES, and FAIR and EQUITABLE COMPENSATION.
Should I give to this charity?
Basic public information is available, but it is not enough to judge how well donations are used. Ask the charity for a current spending breakdown and results.
Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Pay context: The highest compensation shown in this filing is $228,524 for FELANDRIA JACKSON (PRESIDENT). Compare pay with organizations of similar size and complexity.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
