THESE PERSONS ARE AT-RISK and INCLUDE THOSE WITH LOW INCOMES, PERSONS IN CRISIS SITUATIONS, PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL or PHYSICAL DISABILITIES and PERSONS WITH LANGUAGE and LITERACY BARRIERS. COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS DETERMINED THE INVESTMENT IN THREE COMMUNITY IMPACT AREAS: 1) EDUCATION - HELPING CHILDREN and YOUTH ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL; 2) INCOME - HELPING FAMILIES BECOME MORE STABLE and INDEPENDENT FINANCIALLY; and 3) HEALTH - IMPROVING PEOPLES HEALTH.
