THIS UNIQUE PROGRAM and PROCESS EXTENDS BEYOND EXPERTS and CONSULTANTS. THE TOOLS and TRAINING ARE PROVIDED AS A SERVICE to COMMUNITIES and ORGANIZATIONS SO THAT WORKING AS ACTIVE PARTNERS, WE CAN COLLECT, INVENTORY and FULLY RECOGNIZE VARIOUS VIEWSHEDS.
