FUNDING for THE FOUNDATION is DEPENDENT UPON DONATIONS and UPON PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM SPECIAL EVENTS CONDUCTED BY THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATIONS UNRESTRICTED ASSETS PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID ONLY to THOSE STUDENTS WHOSE FAMILIES MEET GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE COMMONWEALTH of VIRGINIA RELATIVE to THE POVERTY LEVEL.
