With Local Art Groups and Individual Artists to Produce and Open to The Classes and Events for The General Public Approximately 500 People Participated In Classes and Events The Guild Had Four Show Openings Featuring Themes Important to Many People In The Area. Member Artist Work Was On Display and Available for Purchase. The Shows Increased Public Awareness of Important Ideas and Increased The Sense of Community.Approximately 500 People Attended Openings And/or Visited The Gallery. Held Ten Art Classes for Members As Well As The General Public. Topics Included Wet Felting, Plein Air Painting, Watercolor Painting, Needle Felting, and Writing. The Guilds Classes Served Several Functions Including, But Not Limited To: Increasing The General Publics Awareness of The Work of The Guild, to Amplify Interest and Skills of Attendees In Varied Art Forms, and to Financially Support Area Artists Who Facilitate The Classes. Another Example of That Support Was to Award $1000 In Cash Prizes to Winne
