THE OHIO-WEST VIRGINIA YOUTH LEADERSHIP ASSOCIATION is A VOLUNTEER LED PUBLIC CHARITY THAT INCLUDES CHILDREN, YOUTH and ADULTS of ALL AGES, BACKGROUNDS, RACES, RELIGIONS and INTERESTS.
