We Are A Tax Exempt Business League Under IRS Code 501 C6. The Raleigh Durham Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors Hereafter Chapter Organizes and Provides Professional Development Activities By Way of Membership Meetings and Seminars to All Individual Members of The Chapter for Continuing Professional Education In The Practice of Internal Auditing. The Chapter Also Serves to Promote Knowledge and Information Concerning Internal Audit Topics Such As Governance Risks and Controls Along With Other Related Subjects to Its Members.
