Through Conscience and Action, Habitat Utilizes Volunteer Labor and Donations, As Well As The Help of The Homeowner, to Offer A Long-term Solution to The Housing Needs of Low-income Families In Our Community. Qualifying Families Partnered With Habitat Purchase Their Homes With A 25-year, No Interest Mortgage. The Familys Mortgage Payment Goes Back to Habitat Allowing for Construction of More Houses. Since 1987, Habitat for Humanity of High Point, Archdale and Trinity Has Helped Provide Homes With and for Working, Low-income Families That Cannot Qualify for Financing In The Current Market.
