IN ADDITION, THE STATE of NORTH CAROLINA REQUIRES THAT ANYONE NOT PREVIOUSLY POSSESSING A HUNTING LICENSE, PASS A HUNTER SAFETY COURSE PRIOR to OBTAINING SUCH LICENSE. WE ACHIEVED WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BY PLANTING FOOD PLOTS for OUR WILD GAME DURING THE WINTER MONTHS WHEN AGRICULTURAL CROPS MAY NOT BE READILY AVAILABLE. ALSO BY REQUIRING MEMBERS to FOLLOW THE NC GAME LAWS, LIMITS ON NUMBER of GAME SPECIES HARVESTED ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED THEREBY FURTHER PRACTICING CONSERVATION of OUR NATURAL RESOURCES.
