In Its Current Strategic Phase, Splash Emphasizes Systems Level Change By Supporting Government Planning, Financing, and Implementation Capacity So That Services Are Sustained and Expanded Over Time. Since 2007, Splash Has Completed More Than 2,500 Projects Across Multiple Countries In Asia and Africa, Reaching Over 1.2 Million Children With Improved WASH Services.
