PDCAP is STRUCTURED ACCORDING to THE STANDARDS of REQUIREMENTS CITED IN THE OFFICE of ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (OEO) ACT of 1964. PDCAP is COMMITTED to ENHANCING THE SOCIAL and ECONOMIC SELF- SUFFICIENCY of LOW-INCOME PEOPLE and THEIR ENVIRONMENT of DILLON, FLORENCE, and MARION COUNTIES IN SOUTH CAROLINA, THROUGH COORDINATION and PARTNERING RELATIONSHIPS and BY CONDUCTING A RANGE of CUSTOM DESIGNED SERVICES and ACTIVITIES GEARED TOWARD REDUCING PROBLEMS of POVERTY and MAKING THE COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE for ALL to LIVE.
