CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS: DEVELOPMENT of FINANCIAL RESOURCES, MANAGEMENT of FINANCIAL AND/OR HUMAN RESOURCES, RESPONSIVENESS to THE HOSPITAL, COMMITMENT to PLANNING, LEADERSHIP BY BOARD and STAFF.
