PARTICIPANTS BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAMS THROUGH INCREASED CONFIDENCE, IMPROVED CONCENTRATION, BETTER SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-DISCIPLINE, IMPROVED POSTURE, BALANCE, STRENGTH, FLEXIBLITY and EYE/HAND COORDINATION.
