THE AGENCY HAS EXPANDED ITS SERVICES to INCLUDE SPECIALIZED ADULT DAY CARE for SENIORS WITH ALZHEIMERS DISEASE and OTHER FORMS of DEMENTIA, AS WELL AS PROVIDING SERVICES INCLUDING: TRANSPORTATION, CARE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, and IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES. THE AGENCY SERVES A FOUR-COUNTY AREA WITHIN THE COASTAL EMPIRE.
