THE PROJECT WAS ORIGINALLY FINANCED UNDER SECTION 202 of THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON JULY 31, 2008, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REPAID WITH PROCEEDS FROM A LOAN INSURED BY HUD UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT to 223(F) of THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED, and WAS AGAIN REFINANCED IN 2023 WITH PROCEEDS FROM A LOAN INSURED BY HUD UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT to 223(F) of THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
