Over The Years, The Highland Jazz and Blues Festival Has Brought An Ever-growing Number of People to Columbia Park In The Heart of Shreveport, Louisiana, to Appreciate The Talents of Local, Regional and National Musicians, Artists, Artisans/crafts Persons, and Culinary Artists. The Unique Culture of The Surrounding Highland Neighborhood and The Day of Festivities Itself Has Made The Highland Jazz and Blues Festival A Favorite Event of The Community and Beyond. The Festival is Free to Attend for The Community.
