OVER THE YEARS, THE HIGHLAND JAZZ and BLUES FESTIVAL HAS BROUGHT AN EVER-GROWING NUMBER of PEOPLE to COLUMBIA PARK IN THE HEART of SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, to APPRECIATE THE TALENTS of LOCAL, REGIONAL and NATIONAL MUSICIANS, ARTISTS, ARTISANS/CRAFTS PERSONS, and CULINARY ARTISTS. THE UNIQUE CULTURE of THE SURROUNDING HIGHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD and THE DAY of FESTIVITIES ITSELF HAS MADE THE HIGHLAND JAZZ and BLUES FESTIVAL A FAVORITE EVENT of THE COMMUNITY and BEYOND. THE FESTIVAL is FREE to ATTEND for THE COMMUNITY.
